For the past 20 years, Marian has been sparking individuals and organizations to take strategic action and formulating pathways that close the gap between where they are and their desired outcomes. Success strategist, action mentor and consultant, Marian helps clients move beyond inertia to jumpstart their business and performance improvements to achieve the results they desire.

Formerly, Marian was a Fortune 50 executive in the wireline/wireless industry, where she drove customer success initiatives across marketing, customer service, strategy and operations. Her high tech and IT experience has focused on helping users of digital technology improve performance and market presence.  Marian’s inner geek appears when discussing how and what technology can do to improve collaboration, productivity and performance.

Marian holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Ethnic Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. An American born and raised in the Philippines and Japan, Marian acquired a unique perspective for sparking change and making an impact. Her favorite daily activities?  To exchange ideas and collaborate on how to make an impact, leave a legacy while enjoying as many laughs as possible along the way!
